2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website for lawful, honorable purposes only. Any attempt to disrupt, hack, compromise, or misuse the website or checkout system is strictly prohibited.

3. Orders & Customizations

• All orders are subject to availability and formal acceptance.
• Custom orders are handmade according to the specific details you submit. Please double-check all spellings, names, colors, and notes before finalizing, as we cannot take responsibility for client typos once printing starts.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud, pricing inaccuracies, or logistical impossibility.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed transparently in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may be adjusted over time with material costs.
• Payments must be settled during checkout via available methods (Bank Transfer, Verified Card Gateways, or Cash on Delivery where offered).
• We never store your payment card details; transactions are securely encrypted by PCI-compliant payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship islandwide across Sri Lanka. Standard domestic delivery takes 2 to 7 working days following dispatch.
• Standard islandwide shipping fee is 450 LKR. Overseas delivery charges depend on destination weight and courier rates.
• Once orders are handed to our delivery partners, tracking numbers are shared immediately.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
• If an item arrives damaged, send unboxing photos/videos to pen.paperlk@gmail.com for an immediate replacement at no cost or a full refund within 3 to 5 business days.
• Non-customized items may be exchanged within 7 days in original condition.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, original planner layouts, branding, text, photographs, and logos under The Pen Paper are our exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial resale is strictly protected.

8. Limitation of Liability

Every piece is handcrafted with care. Minor natural variations in paper grain, hand-cut margins, or screen color rendering may occur. Our maximum liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of your order.
